In Stock Items
Most products are made to order but the production time is generally very quick and orders will typically be produced and shipped well within 5 business days after the purchase date. Customers will be notified if there are any production delays.
Shipping in Canada
Orders are shipped out with Canada Post or UPS. Expedited and free shipping opportunities are available.
USA Shipping
USA shipping and free shipping options are available. Typically, orders a received within 2 weeks with minimal to no customs intervention. However orders can be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs processing fees, once the package reaches its destination. These fees are solely the responsibility of the receiver. Metric Climbing Inc. is unable to provide an estimate for any fees related to import duties, taxes, and customs processing fees.
International Shipping
Metric Climbing is able to ship internationally. Depending on the shipping destination, international orders are subject to import duties, taxes, and customs processing fees, once the package reaches its destination. These fees are solely the responsibility of the receiver. Metric Climbing Inc. is unable to provide an estimate for any fees related to import duties, taxes, and customs processing fees. In addition to any provided delivery estimates, all international shipments may be randomly selected for inspection, adding an unknown amount of time for the delivery to reach its destination.
Returns
Returns may be made within 30 days of product delivery.
Full refunds for unused product are available within 30 days of purchase. Products must be in new condition. Refunds are not available for any product after use (no visible wear on washers, chalk and finger marks on product). Shipping costs will be added in addition to a non-refundable 5% processing fee.
